CAHSEE administration dates for 2014-15 are:

November 4 (ELA) & November 5 (Math) is for juniors and seniors who have not passed.

February 3 (ELA) & February 4 (Math) is for seniors who have not passed.

March 17 (ELA) & March 18 (Math) is for all sophomores and juniors and seniors who have not passed.

May 12 (ELA) & May 13 (Math) is make-up for absent sophomores and for any senior who has not passed

Low Cost Internet Available

If your child is eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program, you may qualify to receive internet for $9.95 per month.

To qualify for $9.95 a month Internet service and a low-cost computer, your household must meet all these criteria:

  1. Be located where Comcast offers Internet service
  2. Have at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program
  3. Have not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days
  4. Not have an overdue Comcast bill or unreturned equipment
  5. Call 1-855-8-INTERNET (1-855-846-8376) to request an application

2015-16 Course Selection

Please join us in participating in the course selection process for your 2015-2016 school year.  Parents and students will receive information about various courses being offered at Monterey Trail High School and select classes that meet their college and career goals.  Check-in will be in the Cafeteria.

Junior Prom is Just Days Away!

The Junior Prom will be held this Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Laguna Towne Hall in beautiful Laguna West.  Tickets are $60 with an ASB card and $65 without and can be purchased at the Student Store during both lunches.  Don't miss out on this night to shine!  Any additional questions, please see Ms. Robinson in HN1 or email!

CRC Education/Course Planning for Priority Registration

Attention Seniors planning to attend CRC, Sac City, American River, or Folsom Lake College –


The sign-up sheet is now available for meeting with a CRC counselor for college course planning. 


Meeting with a college counselor is REQUIRED BEFORE you can qualify for PRIORITY REGISTRATION to sign up for classes.


Space is limited and will be available on a “first come, first served” basis. 


You must complete your Math/English Assessment testing BEFORE your college course planning meeting.


This will be your ONLY chance to do your course planning with a CRC counselor here at MTHS.  If you miss this opportunity, you will have to go to the college campus to do your course planning.

Support MTHS Sober Grad Night! Go to Rubios!

Please help Support MTHS Sober Grad Night.  Its as easy as taking the night off from cooking dinner and doing dishes.  Go to Rubios (the one in the Target shopping center) this Thursday, March 5 and present the attached flyer.  Sober Grad Night will recieve 20% of all the money spent!
